Prices shown on this website and in the booking engine are in euros, including all taxes. They are per room, per night, breakfast not included.
No deposit is required. Bank details may be requested when booking, solely as a guarantee: they are not charged at the time of booking.
Payment for the stay and any extras is made at the reception desk on arrival (check-in).
Any cancellation must reach us at least 48 hours before the arrival date (check-in), by email at contact@chatelet.lu or by phone on +352 40 21 01.
If the guest does not arrive on the day of arrival, the first night of the stay is charged.
Check-in is possible from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am.
These conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg, subject to the consumer protection rules that apply.
